The group offers genuine peer support in combination with psychoeducation and mental health support by a licensed therapist. Topics include pregnancy & birth, perinatal mood changes, relationship adjustments, identity changes, body image and more. Come as you are, with your baby or not, whatever makes it easier for you to attend.
The group is intentionally designed with connection and intimacy in mind. It is a closed group, meaning you will see the same moms each week and therefore spots are limited.

EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy
EMDR is a powerful, effective, and safe method for alleviating the long-term psychological impact of traumatic experiences. EMDR uses something called bilateral stimulation to help the brain resume its natural healing process. If our brains do not effectively process disturbing events, the memories can get “stuck” maladaptively in our brains, resulting in overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and other various symptoms.
By using bilateral stimulation (eye movements or tapping) while processing the stressful event, the brain’s normal healing process resume and the stress response is resolved.
Many studies and research have been completed on this approach, finding it to be safe and effective when administered by trained professionals.
EMDR Consultation
Available to clinicians who have completed EMDR Basic Training and are looking to strengthen their knowledge and implementation of EMDR therapy, or looking to pursue EMDRIA Certification.
Clinical Supervision
